1. Beta software

HuntMap AI is provided in a beta stage. Features may change, break, or be removed, and data availability is not guaranteed during beta. We appreciate your feedback in helping us improve the product.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to manage the properties you add.

3. Your content & media usage

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and other content you upload. By uploading content and by creating an account, you grant HuntMap LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for promotional and marketing purposes — including on our website, social media channels, and advertising.

You represent that you own or otherwise have the right to share the content you upload and to grant this license. You may request removal of specific content from promotional use using the feedback form inside the app (Help → Send Feedback).

4. Acceptable use

Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share. Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.

5. Disclaimer

Hunting recommendations, weather data, and AI outputs are provided for informational purposes only and may be inaccurate. Always follow applicable hunting laws and regulations and use your own judgment in the field.
